These one-of-a-kind artworks are crafted live during the event, providing an engaging experience for your guests and leaving them with a beautifully personalised keepsake
From your first enquiry to the final illustration, every part of the experience is designed to feel effortless. Clear communication, complete transparency and plenty of guidance mean you'll always know exactly what to expect. On the day, I'll seamlessly blend into your celebration, keeping guests engaged whilst creating vibrant fashion illustrations, beautifully finished with my signature touch of sparkle!

Step 1: Get in touch
Dreaming of having a live artist at your wedding and fallen in love with Petal & Portrait? Fill out my contact form with your wedding details and I’ll be in touch with my availability, a personalised quote and everything you need to know. We’ll then find the perfect package for your day!
Step 2: Secure the date
Once your booking details are confirmed, a non-refundable 50% booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your event. Dates often book 1-2 years in advance, so I always recommend securing yours as soon as possible!
Please note that dates will not be reserved until a deposit is paid
Step 3: Prep & plan
The countdown is officially on! Three months before your wedding I’ll be in touch to finalise all the details, followed by a final balance reminder at six weeks. On the day, we’ll set up wherever works best with the flow of your wedding, making sure we fit seamlessly into your plans!
Step 4: Time to illustrate
It’s finally here! I’ll arrive around an hour before your guests to set up, then it’s time to start snapping reference photos and illustrating! Each portrait is finished with my signature sparkle ready to collect! Your couple portrait will be created in the studio and posted within 6 weeks

Representation is everything and my illustrations celebrate and honour your guests by capturing their beauty, ensuring body type, ability, gender, race and background are thoughtfully reflected in every portrait. Each illustration is a fashion-inspired artistic interpretation, with features and proportions intentionally stylised as part of my signature style

Absolutely not! We will begin to take reference photos of your guests on arrival, where they will pose for a quick snap, and then they are welcome to watch or party on and continue to enjoy your special day Once all the illustrations have been completed, your guests are welcome to return and collect their portrait
