Step 1
GET IN TOUCH

We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24-48 hours because we know wedding planning doesn’t wait!
We can’t wait to chat and add a little extra magic to your wedding day!
Once we confirm our availability for your date, we can discuss all our packages options and find the perfect fit for you!
Step 2
PICK YOUR PACKAGE
No two weddings are the same, and that’s exactly why we provide a variety of package options to fit perfectly into your big day!
Each package is designed around your guest count, time frame, and the number of live illustrations we can create during that time. Whether you want every guest to take home a keepsake or just a select few, we’ve got an option for you!

Step 3
LET'S TALK DETAILS
Every illustrator has their own unique style, approach, and choice of materials. Some love capturing tiny facial expressions, others (like me!) are all about the fashion, the colours, the details, and enhancing each guest’s outfit!
That said, we're more than happy to add subtle facial features on request, if this best aligns with your vision for your wedding
Each guest illustration is on A6 and typically features two guests. If you’d like a small group or families drawn together, just let me know, I’m happy to accommodate where I can!
Step 4
LITTLE EXTRAS
We can customise the illustrations with any wording you'd like, names, date or venue, it’s a beautiful way to make each one feel extra special for your guests. Personalised wording is an available add-on to our packages
Add a little extra magic to your package with our bridesmaid proposal or gifting cards! Choose from individual or group illustrations for the perfect way to ask “Will you be my bridesmaid?” or to say a heartfelt “thank you” A beautiful keepsake they’ll treasure forever!
Step 5
SECURE THE DATE
Once the details of your chosen package have been confirmed, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to reserve the date of your event The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the event
The 50% deposit includes the total of your chosen package, travel expenses (if applicable) and any add on's or special requirements
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, as bookings fill up 1-2 years in advance
*Please note that dates will not be reserved until a deposit is paid*
Step 6
PREP & PLAN
The countdown is officially on! Three months before the big day, I'll be in touch to finalise all the booking details and send a final payment reminder
Preferred location: We can set up anywhere at your venue, whether you want us front and centre or tucked in a cosy corner! We will happily coordinate with the venue to ensure a table and chairs are prepared based on your preferences
We’ll also confirm a key point of contact from your wedding party or the venue team for coordination on the day

Step 7
TIME TO ILLUSTRATE
On the day: We’ll arrive 45 minutes early to set up and be ready for when your guests arrive! We’ll snap a quick reference photo of your guests so they can continue celebrating
Live Illustrations in Action: Guests love watching the creative process which is also perfect for when guests don’t know one another, it’s a great ice breaker and a talking point to get them mingling!
The Finishing Touches: Every illustration gets a touch of glitter, then once dry, they’re placed in a protective sleeve to avoid those champagne spillages!
A Keepsake to Treasure: Once ready, Guests can pick up their illustration, ready to take home and cherish forever!

FINAL TOUCHES
We absolutely love being part of your day and capturing the magic as we illustrate your beautiful guests! Throughout the event, we’ll snap photos and gather content to share on our socials
After the big day, we’d love to hear from you! A quick review from the bride & groom helps us grow and lets future couples know what to expect. It’s so important to us that we’re everything you’d hoped for, and knowing we added a little extra magic to your day brings us so much joy!
