Once the details of your chosen package have been confirmed, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure the date, the remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the event
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, as bookings fill up 1-2 years in advance! -
The guest count per package refers to the number of guests who’ll be illustrated, rather than the number of separate illustrations
We often end up drawing a mix of couples, families and solo guests at weddings, so it's never guaranteed how many illustrations will be drawn, it's easier to count it per guest instead to keep everything consistent and fair across all bookings
For example, if one illustration includes a family of four, that counts as four guests, even though it’s just one drawing -
We arrive at the venue an hour before your guests to set up. A member of my team will support with capturing reference photos and coordination to ensure everything runs seamlessly, ensuring I can start illustrating immediately and make every minute count! I’ll illustrate throughout the ceremony, drinks reception, and the wedding breakfast. We usually aim to finish before the evening reception begins, as once the lights go down, the atmosphere shifts into party mode, making it a little trickier to get the illustrations out to guests. If your timeline differs, let me know, and we can discuss how to make it work!

No! I’m afraid I’m not able to create multiple illustrations for the same guest during live event coverage, each guest is illustrated once, and I plan my time carefully to ensure everyone included receives their portrait!
If I were to create multiple illustrations for one person, it would mean another guest may miss out, which I always try to avoid! -
We're based in Staffordshire and travel countrywide for events, there’s no travel cost within a 50 mile radius (or up to 1 hour of travel time). Travel costs apply to venues outside of the complimentary 50 mile radius + £0.50 per mile, or if travel exceeds 1 hour, additional costs will apply. Accommodation will be factored into cost for venues over 2.5+ hours travel time.

The answer? It depends! On average, each couple illustration takes me about 10 minutes, but some outfits demand a little extra time, especially those gorgeous summer florals (I could draw them all day!), and if you’ve ever been to a Scottish wedding, you’ll know tartan isn’t just tartan… every kilt has its own pattern, and trust me, they keep my hands busy!
