Step 1
GET IN TOUCH
Begin by sending us an enquiry through our contact form
(you can simply skip the sections for wedding enquiries), or email me directly at events@petalandportrait.co.uk
Please include your name and contact information, the size you’d like
(A5 or A4), whether you’d prefer it framed or unframed, a short description of what you’d like illustrated, and any specific date you’re hoping to have it completed by
Once your enquiry comes through, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm details and guide you through the next steps
Step 2
SEND PHOTOS & SECURE BOOKING
You’ll then be able to send over your reference photos, (separate images are fine, I can combine people and pets into one artwork from multiple photos) I'll confirm how the illustration will be created and confirm a delivery date
To secure your commission, full payment is required, I will send over an invoice, and your illustration will begin once payment has been received *postage and packaging are included*
Your illustration will then be in progress, once complete, it will be beautifully packaged and posted directly to you, ready to frame or gift

Our current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, and may extend slightly during peak seasons
If you need your commission completed sooner for a specific date, let me know and I’ll confirm availability and do my best to accommodate
