FOR GUEST COUNTS OVER 80, IF YOU'D LIKE EVERY GUEST TO RECEIVE AN ILLUSTRATION, WE OFFER THIS PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES LIVE ILLUSTRATING ON THE DAY, AND ANY ADDITIONAL ILLUSTRATIONS COMPLETED AFTER THE EVENT IN THE STUDIO. THESE ARE THEN POSTED TO THE COUPLE WITHIN 6 WEEKS

TRAVEL EXPENSES
We're based in Staffordshire and travel countrywide for events
There’s no travel cost within a 50 mile radius (or up to 1 hour of travel time)
Travel costs apply to venues outside of the complimentary 50 mile radius + £0.50 per mile
If travel exceeds 1 hour, additional costs will also apply
Accommodation will be factored into cost for venues over 2.5+ hours travel time

We're available to cover events outside of the UK
The quote includes costs for both myself and my event Logistics Coordinator (i.e. my partner Rich or my mumma) to support with on-the-day logistics
Flights, two nights accommodation, transfers and additional travel time would need to be fully covered Once all the details have been discussed and confirmed, we will provide you with an accurate quote
PAYMENT
Once the details of your chosen package have been confirmed, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to reserve the date of your event
The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the event to secure the booking
Payments can be made securely via bank transfer
The 50% deposit includes the total of your chosen package, travel expenses (if applicable) and any add on's or special requirements
